Juicing Day 7

Day 7- Sorry it's a few days late, but life is crazy as always!!

Well, I did it! I have a renewed focus and a better understanding of what feels good for my body rather than what tastes good in the moment. 




Morning Snack- Carrot Apple Ginger: 3 carrots, 2 apples, small piece ginger

Lunch- Morning dew: 2 green apples, 1⁄2 honeydew, 8 leaves chard, 1 lime, 1 small handful basil, small handful mint

Afternoon Snack- {My Favorite!} PomApple: 3 rib celery, 1 cup pomegranate seeds, 2 apples
