Juicing Day 3

Day 3- Great juices again today! My favorite was my lunch juice. Even though it was full of green leaves, the pear really stood out and it didn't really have that earthy taste that I was expecting {even though that's what it smelled like}.

I think I've finally figured out what I like and don't like. Today I feel like I have a lot more focus. My case of the grouch has passed. Not gonna lie, food is still my favorite part of the day, but I'm not starving. 




Morning Snack-Peach Chai: 3 peaches, 10 strawberries, small amount Ginger (about a one inch cube)

Lunch- Crisp & Clean Green: 1⁄4 head cabbage, 2 pears, 6 leaves romaine, small cube of ginger

Afternoon Snack- Pink Blush: 1⁄4 watermelon, 1 grapefruit, 2 apples, 1⁄2 head red cabbage
